From Marrakech the Sahara Safari Camp can be reached in a day by 4×4 on a long (but scenically diverse) drive through the High Atlas to Ouarzazate and along the palm-filled plantations and fields of the Draa Valley to Zagora on the fringe of the Sahara. From Ouarzazate the drive to the camp takes 4-5 hours.

The nearest airport to the Moroccan Sahara served by the scheduled national airline, www.royalairmaroc.com, is Ouarzazate. If you choose to join one of our ‘Sahara Escape’ short break desert adventures, you’ll fly into Ouarzazate rather than Marrakech.
